Constitution: The Permanent Way Institution NSW has a Constitution which includes a Code of Conduct for members and can be viewed at PWI Constitution

Existing Member: If you are an existing PWI member and do not know your login details please use the ‘forgotten password retrieval link’ and enter your email address only.  So long as your email address matches our system details your Login ID and password will be automatically emailed to you.  If your email address has changed please contact the membership secretary on membership@pwinsw.org.au to update.

New Membership

PWI NSW offers various levels of membership from Personal and Corporate membership to Enhanced Corporate membership (Silver, Gold and Platinum).  All membership is based on the financial year (July – June).  EFT, Cheque and credit card payments are accepted.  Please contact the Membership Secretary Tania Page on membership@pwinsw.org.au or 0402 772 974 with any enquiries.

Personal Membership

Benefits: Personal membership benefits include networking opportunities within the rail industry, sharing of information and knowledge, quarterly newsletter distributions, attend PWI NSW events at member rates (subsidised by PWI NSW) and attend Technical meetings at no additional cost.

Cost: Personal membership costs $30 to join with a $25 yearly renewal.

Application: Click the link below and complete / submit the application form.  A Tax Invoice will be generated for $30 and can be paid online or via cheque/EFT.  If making an EFT payment please use your surname as a reference.  You will be put forward for election at our next committee meeting (see calendar).  The PWI committee can organise a ‘Proposer’ and/or ‘Seconder’ for your election if required.  Upon election your membership will be activated and you will receive a membership certificate, member login ID and password.  All event bookings will require you to login to our system.

Corporate & Enhanced Corporate Membership

Corporate membership nominates one person from your company to be the ‘Corporate Representative’.  All notifications and communication will come through the Corporate Representative.  Please note corporate membership does not entitle membership benefits to all employees of your company.

Availability: There are currently no Platinum or Gold memberships available.  Silver and Corporate memberships are available.

Cost: Costs are included in the Application form by category.  If you join as an Enhanced Corporate or Corporate member part way through the year the yearly membership fee will be based on a pro-rata basis.
